Maison Revka Bodrum Mandarin Oriental Paradise Bay Paris Society

Maison Revka brings Parisian Elegance to Bodrum

29 July 2026

Opened on 7 May 2026, Maison Revka Bodrum is the latest dining destination to join Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum. The restaurant brings Paris Society’s blend of French refinement and Slavic-inspired cuisine to the Turkish Riviera. Overlooking the Aegean, it moves from relaxed lunches to sunset cocktails and evening dining.

THE LOCATION

Maison Revka Bodrum is located within Mandarin Oriental at Paradise Bay, on the northern coast of the peninsula. Framed by the Aegean Sea and surrounding hillside, the resort provides a striking backdrop within one of the Turkish Riviera’s most exclusive enclaves. The opening further strengthens Bodrum’s position as one of the Mediterranean’s leading luxury destinations.

The terrace is the main draw, particularly during late afternoon when lunch can continue into sunset drinks. Tables are positioned to make the most of the sea views while maintaining a relaxed restaurant atmosphere rather than a formal fine-dining experience. Its setting within the resort feels private, while the open-air layout allows the mood to shift naturally from daytime dining to a livelier evening service.

THE BRAND

Inspired by the imagined Parisian home of a Slavic bourgeois family, Maison Revka combines Slavic hospitality with refined French presentation. Following locations in Paris, Saint-Tropez and Dubai, the Bodrum opening continues the brand’s international expansion while adapting its established identity to the Turkish Riviera. Sharing-style dishes, detailed interiors and attentive service remain central to the experience. Its position by the Aegean gives the concept a lighter, more seasonal character without losing the brand’s recognisable personality.

The design uses patterned fabrics, wicker seating, floral details and decorative parasols across the terrace. These elements bring the Maison Revka aesthetic into a coastal setting while still feeling connected to Bodrum. Layered tableware and decorative accents add further character, with the open-air layout suited to both daytime dining and evenings by the sea. The result is distinctive and detailed, yet comfortable enough for long outdoor lunches and relaxed dinners.

THE RESTAURANT

Open for both lunch and dinner, Maison Revka Bodrum moves naturally from sunlit afternoons to more atmospheric evenings. Lunch is relaxed and social, while sunset introduces cocktails, softer lighting and a stronger sense of occasion.

Despite being located inside Mandarin Oriental, the restaurant is positioned as a dining destination in its own right. The combination of sea views, detailed interiors and sharing-style dishes makes it suitable for celebratory lunches, group dinners and evenings that begin with drinks at the bar.

Reservations are recommended during the summer season, particularly for tables on the terrace around sunset. The restaurant’s waterfront position and highly photographed design have quickly made it one of the most sought-after new restaurants in Bodrum.

THE MENU

The menu combines Slavic influences with French technique, using carefully sourced seafood, seasonal produce and ingredients suited to Bodrum’s coastal setting. Caviar plays a central role, with Imperial Baeri and Oscietra from Sologne served alongside rare Beluga. The sharing-style format moves from lighter starters to seafood, pasta and larger plates for the table.

Among the hot and cold starters are tomato salad, chicken nuggets with crème fraîche, whole king crab and truffle pizzetta, while the wider menu offers a broader selection of dishes. Steamed sea bass, grilled Carabineros and homemade egg tagliolini are among the main-course highlights. Together, they give a sense of the menu’s range without limiting the experience to a fixed selection.

Dessert continues the menu’s generous approach, with the Giant Pavlova providing a dramatic finish for the table. Chouquettes offer a more classic French option, while vanilla ice cream served with caviar pearls introduces a distinctive sweet-and-savoury contrast. The selection rounds off the meal with a mix of familiar favourites and more unexpected combinations.

THE BAR

Set beside the terrace, the bar serves signature cocktails and established classics from the afternoon into the evening. Its position overlooking the Aegean makes it a strong choice for pre-dinner drinks or a relaxed sunset stop. The setting remains closely connected to the restaurant, allowing guests to move easily from drinks into dinner.

Matryochka remains one of Maison Revka’s signature cocktails, while the wider selection includes drinks such as Fabergé, Olivka and La Forêt de Vesna. Together, they showcase the range of the cocktail menu through varied flavours and distinctive presentation.

For the best experience, arrive before sunset and begin with cocktails on the terrace before continuing into dinner.
