Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by Inside Lifestyle FZ-LLC or used under licence. Unauthorised use of any material is prohibited.

Third-Party and Publicly Available Content

We may display images and materials supplied by partners, venues, creators, or agencies, as well as publicly available images of hotels, destinations and experiences used for editorial reference. Such content is used with permission, licence, or under applicable exceptions for commentary and informational purposes.

Copyright Notifications

Inside Lifestyle respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your work appears on the Site without authorisation, please email contact@insidelifestyle.com with:
(a) the page URL(s),
(b) a copy of the work and proof of ownership,
(c) your contact details, and
(d) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised.

Upon receipt of a complete notice, we will review promptly and may remove or disable access to the material on a without-prejudice basis. Nothing in this process constitutes an admission of liability.

Inside Lifestyle FZ-LLC and ILG Lifestyle Hospitality Services LLC are UAE entities and are not successors to, nor do they assume liabilities of, any dissolved UK companies of similar or identical name.
