Holiday Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply exclusively to the holiday competition launched on 27/11/2024 and promoted by @inside.lifestyle, @perriesian, and @solutionsleisure, in association with @insidelifestyle.dubai.

Please note that any other pages, accounts, or entities promoting or using the details of this competition are not affiliated in any way with this official competition. ILG Lifestyle Hospitality Services LLC and its associated accounts take no responsibility for any claims, entries, or actions made via unauthorised accounts or promotions.

By entering this competition, participants agree to comply with the rules outlined here, which govern eligibility, prize details, and the obligations of both the winner and the organisers. Any entries or claims that do not adhere to these Terms & Conditions will be deemed invalid.

1. Eligibility:

• The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
• Employees of ILG Lifestyle and Perrie Sian Walker, their family members, or anyone else professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible to participate.

2. Prize Details:

• The prize includes a holiday package as specified in the giveaway details on the instagram post.
• The winner must pick their travel dates by 31st December 2024.
• Airport options are London(any), Manchester, Birmingham, Newcastle, Glasgow, Edinburgh
• Travel must take place between 1st March 2025 and 30th November 2025.
• The following dates are excluded:
• All UAE and UK public holidays.
• The holiday must be redeemed within the specified time frame and cannot be extended.

3. Booking Restrictions:

• Once the booking is made, there can be no changes, amendments, or cancellations to the travel dates or itinerary.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

4. Additional Costs:

• The prize covers only the specific items included in the giveaway details (e.g., flights, accommodation, experiences).
• Any additional expenses incurred during the holiday, such as food, drinks, excursions, upgrades, transportation, or other services, must be fully covered by the winner.

5. Responsibility and Liability:

• ILG Lifestyle and Perrie Sian Walker are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, medical expenses, or incidents requiring hospitalisation during the holiday.
• The winner is solely responsible for their personal safety and conduct during the trip.
• ILG Lifestyle and Perrie Sian Walker will not be held liable for any criminal activities, damages, or losses incurred during the holiday.
• The winner is responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documentation, including passports and visas if required, as well as any necessary travel insurance.

6. Force Majeure:

• ILG Lifestyle and Perrie Sian Walker are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events outside of their control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

7. Winner Selection and Notification:

• The winner will be chosen at random and notified via the contact details provided during entry.
• If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, ILG Lifestyle reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• The winner MUST have completed all steps for their entry to be valid. If they have not their entry is NOT Valid and their entry will not be counted.

8. Privacy:

• By entering the giveaway, the winner agrees to the use of their name, image, and any associated media for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• Personal data collected during the giveaway will only be used in accordance with the privacy policy of ILG Lifestyle Hospitality Services LLC.

9. General:

• ILG Lifestyle Hospitality Services LLC reserves the right to modify or withdraw the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
• By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

10. Disputes:

• Any disputes arising in connection with the giveaway will be subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates and resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
