Rediscover Dubai at One&Only One Za’abeel
05 October 2026
One&Only One Za’abeel offers a different perspective on a Dubai city stay, combining striking architecture and skyline views with destination dining, wellness and time by the pool. High above the city, spacious rooms and suites create a sense of escape, while The Link puts some of Dubai’s most interesting restaurants within steps of your room.
It is particularly well suited to travellers who want to experience Dubai without giving up the slower pleasures of a resort. Spend the morning by the pool, leave the afternoon for a treatment or exploring the city, then return for dinner overlooking the skyline.
What’s Included
• Up to 25% savings on the Best Available Rate.
• Daily breakfast for two.
• Up to 20% savings at Nobu One Za’abeel, Maison Devoille and Andaliman.
• 25% savings on selected wellness treatments at Longevity Hub by Clinique La Prairie.
• A minimum stay of two consecutive nights.
Advance booking is required, with benefits subject to availability. Additional taxes and tourism fees apply.
For guests looking to make more of a city stay, the additional benefits are where the offer stands out. Savings extend beyond the room into dining and wellness, giving you more reason to experience One Za’abeel rather than simply use it as a base.
Why We Like It
One&Only One Za’abeel combines the energy of a city hotel with enough space to properly switch off. The infinity pool, skyline restaurants and wellness experiences give the stay a sense of occasion, while the Garden Pool and quieter corners of the hotel create room to slow things down without needing to leave the property.
Its central location is another advantage. Downtown Dubai, DIFC and some of the city’s best-known attractions are close enough to build into the weekend, making it easy to balance time at the hotel with dining, sightseeing and exploring the city.
What To Expect
The experience moves easily between pool time, wellness and dining, with much of the hotel’s appeal centred around The Link and its collection of restaurants and bars.
Nobu One Za’abeel
Japanese-Peruvian cuisine, striking interiors and panoramic views make this our pick for a more occasion-led dinner.
Andaliman
Bold Indonesian flavours and sharing-style dishes make this particularly good for an easy lunch or relaxed dinner.
Maison Devoille
Chef Christophe Devoille’s Parisian-inspired pastry boutique is the place for pastries, desserts and a slower afternoon pause.
Culinara
A social dining hall 100 metres above the city, bringing together homegrown culinary concepts in one relaxed space.
Beyond The Stay
One&Only One Za’abeel has enough to fill a weekend without leaving, but its location makes exploring the city equally easy. Balance time at the hotel with a few of Dubai’s landmark experiences.
Dubai Frame
A nearby architectural landmark with views across both old and new Dubai.
Sky Views Observatory
Take in panoramic views across Downtown Dubai from 219.5 metres above the city, with the glass walk, glass slide, and outdoor Edge Walk adding to the experience.
Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall
Head Downtown for observation-deck views, shopping and an extensive choice of restaurants.
Moonrise
A one-MICHELIN-star chef’s counter with a tasting menu that brings Middle Eastern flavours together with Japanese techniques. It also ranks No. 10 on MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026.

Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall
La Petite Maison
A long-standing DIFC favourite for French-Mediterranean dining, known for lively lunches and dinners.
The Guild
A large-scale brasserie at ICD Brookfield Place, with dedicated spaces for seafood, steaks, drinks and late evenings.
Zuma
Contemporary Japanese dining across sushi, robata and signature dishes, with the energetic atmosphere Zuma is known for.
Josette
A glamorous French restaurant at ICD Brookfield Place, combining classic dishes with striking interiors, live music and a lively evening atmosphere
Thiptara
Set at Palace Downtown, Thiptara serves Thai cuisine in a waterfront setting overlooking the Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa, making it a strong choice for a more scenic dinner.
Insider Tip
Book at least two nights and keep your first afternoon at the hotel. Check in early enough to spend a few hours by the infinity pool, then reserve Nobu One Za’abeel for dinner so you can make the most of The Link without leaving the property.
On the second day, head out after breakfast for the Museum of the Future or Downtown Dubai, then return to the hotel before evening. If you are planning dinner in DIFC, book ahead for Zuma, LPM or The Guild, particularly for Thursday to Saturday evenings.
