Where to stay for every remaining F1 Race this year

The Formula 1 season enters its final stretch with some of the most exciting races still to come. From historic European circuits and the inaugural Madrid Grand Prix to spectacular night races and the season finale in Abu Dhabi, the second half of the calendar offers just as much for those travelling for the atmosphere as those following the racing.

And where you stay can become as much a part of the weekend as the Grand Prix itself. We’ve paired every remaining race on the 2026 calendar with a standout luxury hotel, choosing properties for their location, atmosphere, design and ability to turn race weekend into a complete city escape.

CONSERVATORIUM HOTEL, AMSTERDAM

For the Dutch Grand Prix, we’d base ourselves in Amsterdam rather than directly in Zandvoort. Set within the city’s Museum Quarter, Conservatorium Hotel combines contemporary luxury with one of Amsterdam’s most distinctive heritage buildings, placing guests close to the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and some of the city’s best restaurants and boutiques.

Zandvoort is accessible by train from Amsterdam, allowing you to experience the atmosphere of the circuit during the day before returning to the city in the evening. Back at the hotel, spacious contemporary rooms, destination dining and the extensive Akasha Spa make it particularly appealing after a full day trackside.

BULGARI HOTEL MILANO

Few races carry the history and atmosphere of Monza, and Bulgari Hotel Milano provides an equally iconic base for the weekend. Hidden behind a discreet entrance in central Milan, the hotel feels remarkably private despite sitting moments from Via Montenapoleone and the city’s celebrated fashion district.

The property combines Bulgari’s unmistakable Italian design with landscaped gardens, refined dining and an intimate spa, creating somewhere that feels removed from the intensity of race weekend. Spend the day among the tifosi at Monza before returning to Milan for aperitivo, dinner and one of Europe’s most sophisticated city hotel experiences.

The Madrid EDITION

Madrid makes its highly anticipated Formula 1 debut in 2026, and The Madrid EDITION is our pick for experiencing the city alongside the inaugural race. Located close to Puerta del Sol, the hotel combines Ian Schrager’s lifestyle-led approach to hospitality with contemporary interiors and a distinctly social atmosphere.

A rooftop pool, restaurants, bars and expansive terraces make the hotel particularly suited to an F1 weekend, when the experience extends well beyond the circuit. The new Madring circuit is based around IFEMA in northeast Madrid and is connected to the centre by public transport, meaning you can spend race day trackside before returning directly to the restaurants and nightlife of central Madrid.

FOUR SEASONS BAKU

The Azerbaijan Grand Prix is one of the calendar’s most dramatic street races, with cars racing through the historic centre of Baku before reaching one of Formula 1’s longest straights. Four Seasons Hotel Baku puts guests right at the heart of the destination, overlooking the Caspian Sea and positioned beside the walls of the Old City.

The hotel’s grand architecture and waterfront location provide a calmer contrast to the energy surrounding the circuit. Between sessions, guests can explore Baku’s historic streets, waterfront promenade and restaurants before returning to the spa, pool and sea-facing terraces.

MANDARIN ORIENTAL, KUALA LUMPAR

With the Bahrain Grand Prix relocating to Sepang for 2026, Kuala Lumpur becomes an unexpected addition to the closing stages of this year’s F1 travel calendar. Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur makes an excellent city base, sitting beside the Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC Park in the heart of the Malaysian capital.

The hotel combines large rooms and suites with an expansive spa, outdoor pool and multiple dining options, making it particularly well suited to a busy race weekend. Sepang International Circuit sits outside central Kuala Lumpur, so staying in the city allows you to combine days at the track with evenings exploring one of Southeast Asia’s most exciting dining and nightlife destinations.

RAFFLES SINGAPORE

Few hotels feel more connected to their destination than Raffles Singapore. The historic property has been part of the city since 1887 and provides an appropriately iconic base for one of Formula 1’s most spectacular race weekends.

Singapore’s night race transforms the city centre, with racing, concerts and events continuing late into the evening. Raffles provides a refined retreat from the crowds, combining grand colonial architecture with beautifully restored suites, landscaped courtyards and destination dining. Its central location also places guests close to the Marina Bay Street Circuit and the wider race-weekend atmosphere.

COMMODORE PERRY ESTATE, AUSTIN

For Austin, we’d choose somewhere that captures the character of the destination rather than a conventional downtown hotel. Commodore Perry Estate occupies a historic mansion surrounded by ten acres of gardens, creating an intimate retreat only a short distance from the energy of central Austin.

The property combines European-inspired architecture with contemporary interiors, a pool, landscaped grounds and Lutie’s restaurant. It’s an ideal counterpoint to the scale and atmosphere of the Circuit of The Americas, giving you somewhere genuinely relaxing to return to after race day while keeping Austin’s restaurants, bars and live music within reach.

SOHO HOUSE, MEXICO CITY

For one of the most energetic weekends on the F1 calendar, Soho House Mexico City offers an equally social place to stay. Located in Colonia Juárez, the House occupies a restored historic mansion surrounded by some of the city’s most exciting restaurants, galleries and nightlife.

The property combines characterful bedrooms with club spaces, bars, dining and an outdoor pool surrounded by greenery. It works particularly well for F1 weekend because the experience doesn’t end when you leave the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez — evenings can continue over dinner and drinks at the House or in nearby Roma Norte and Condesa.

ROSEWOOD, SAO PAULO

Rosewood São Paulo has quickly established itself as one of South America’s defining luxury hotels. Located within the Cidade Matarazzo development, the property brings together striking architecture, Brazilian art, destination restaurants and beautifully landscaped spaces.

For Grand Prix weekend, it offers an elevated base away from the intensity of Interlagos while keeping guests immersed in São Paulo’s culture and dining scene. The hotel is a destination in itself, with multiple restaurants and bars, swimming pools and extensive wellness facilities making it worth allowing extra time either side of the race.

BELLAGIO, LAS VEGAS

There are few occasions where staying directly on the Strip makes more sense than the Las Vegas Grand Prix. Bellagio places guests at the centre of the spectacle, combining one of Vegas’ most recognisable addresses with immediate access to the restaurants, casinos and entertainment that define race weekend.

Beyond its famous fountains, the resort offers an extensive collection of restaurants, pools, spa facilities and nightlife. Las Vegas is less about escaping the Grand Prix atmosphere and more about becoming part of it, and Bellagio delivers exactly that — an iconic Vegas stay in the middle of one of Formula 1’s most distinctive weekends.

THE NED, DOHA

The Ned brings its distinctive combination of hospitality, dining and members’ club culture to Doha from a waterfront position overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Housed within the former Ministry of Interior building, the property combines 1970s-inspired architecture with contemporary interiors and a strong social atmosphere.

Multiple restaurants, bars, a large outdoor pool and Ned’s Club create plenty to experience away from the Lusail International Circuit. It is a particularly good option for travellers who want their Qatar Grand Prix weekend to combine racing with Doha’s growing dining and cultural scene rather than staying closer to the track.

QATAR GRAND PRIX 27–29 November 2026

W ABU DHABI, YAS ISLAND

For the final race of the season, there is really only one hotel that offers this level of access to the action. W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island sits directly above Yas Marina Circuit, with the hotel’s distinctive architecture forming part of the landscape of the Grand Prix itself.

Selected rooms and terraces overlook sections of the track, while the hotel’s pools, restaurants and bars become some of the most sought-after places on Yas Island throughout race weekend. The atmosphere builds from practice through to Sunday’s season finale, before continuing into the evening as Abu Dhabi hosts some of the biggest parties of the F1 calendar.

For anyone travelling specifically for Formula 1, this is one of those rare occasions where the hotel is genuinely part of the race experience.
